
It is our policy at Fresh Takes Photography
to provide the highest quality service possible. If you are unsatisfied
with your portrait photography session for any reason a re-shoot
will be scheduled at no charge. If you are still dissatisfied following
the complimentary re-shoot you will receive a refund of the full
purchase price of the base photography package. Your refund may
take 4-6 weeks to process depending on the method of payment.
No refund will be issued for photography once prints have been ordered
for your package. If you feel your photographic prints are delivered
damaged, mis-printed, or otherwise lacking in quality please return
the prints you would like re-printed to Fresh Takes. Our staff will
examine the prints to determine if the processing lab accurately
printed our photography.
All charges for photographic
alterations, design work, photographic restoration, repairs, fixes,
etc. are non-refundable. We will work with you to complete the task
to your specifications. All special order and customized merchandise
is non-refundable. If you feel your merchandise is delivered damaged,
mis-printed, or defective please return the merchandise to Fresh
Takes for inspection. At the sole discretion of Fresh Takes Photography
your merchandise may be re-ordered or otherwise repaired if found
defective. All sales are final. At the sole discretion of Fresh
Takes Photography a refund or exchange may be issued for defective
in-stock merchandise only. All sales are final.
All photographs, designs,
and intellectual property are copyright protected by United States
laws against unauthorized duplication. Please contact Fresh Takes
Photography if the need for duplication arises.
